Lyten acquires Northvolt's recycling plant Revolt in Skellefteå

The American battery company Lyten has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the battery recycling plant Revolt Ett from Northvolt. The facility, located in Skellefteå, is described as one of Europe's largest fully integrated battery recycling plants. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. This acquisition follows Lyten's recent purchase of Northvolt Ett and Northvolt Labs, completed last month.
