Construction of ZREW's transformer factory in Łódź has begun

Panattoni has begun the construction of a new build-to-suit production plant for ZREW Transformatory S.A. in Łódź. The investment, worth 25 million Swiss francs (approximately 115 million PLN), is one of the largest industrial projects in Łódź in the energy sector. The cornerstone ceremony took place on November 21, 2025, with attendees including local authorities and management from the companies involved. The new facility will enable ZREW to double its production capacity, increasing the supply of high-power transformers to the market, with plans to employ around 200 people upon completion
