Mikcell invests in Heidelberg system
Finland based Mikcell has invested in a Laser Lithography System from Heidelberg Instruments.
Mikcell Oy is an ISO 9001:2000 certified photomask company located in Oulu region in northern Finland. Mikcell has invested in a DWL 1100 Laser Lithography System from Heidelberg Instruments. New cleanroom facilities with over 200qm will be ready at the end of March 2008.
