Flextronics closes Sale-Leaseback in US
EMS provider Flextronics has sold and leased back a nine-building, 500,000-sf office and manufacturing campus.
This information was announced by the buyer, San Diego-based Westcore Properties LLC. Flextronics has signed a 10-year lease, according to Westcore. The sale price was not revealed or negotiated lease rate by Westcore, GlobeSt reports. Flextronics has not responded to requests for comment or made any filings with the SEC regarding the deal.
