Filtronic sell chip business to RFMD
UK based Filtronic plc has sold its compound semiconductor division, FCSL, to US based RF Micro Devices Inc.
RF Micro Devices plans to keep the fab in England. The agreement, expected to be finalized at the end of February 2008. The deal is worth about £12.5 million in cash.
