Molex & Amphenol sign agreement over I-Trac
Molex Inc. and Amphenol TCS have signed a cross license/second-source licensing agreement over I-Trac.
The agreement gives ATCS the right to manufacture, market and sell the I-Trac backplane connector system on a global basis. Molex and ATCS will work jointly to deliver intermateable, interchangeable products by sharing design and manufacturing processes. The I-Trac product will be promoted as an extension of the ATCS GbX product family.
