Infineon divests unit in Sweden
Infineon is now selling its development unit in Linköping, Sweden.
Swedish developer for AD converters, SP Devices, will take over Infineon's unit in Linköping, Sweden. Under the agreement SP Devices is taking over all of Infineon's employees and equipment at the unit in Linköping. SP Devices will also supply development and product support to Infineon during a time of two years.
