Schweizer receive €28.8 m in insurance

Sources told evertiq that German PCB maker Schweizer Electronic has received 28.8 million Euros from its insurance company for fire damages.

Germany based Printed Circuit Board Maker Schweizer Electronic AG has received an insurance payment of 28.8 million Euros from Victoria Versicherung AG in Düsseldorf for fire damages at its plant in Schramberg in 2005. The insurance company several times denied paying the amount blaming various reasons. The parties could finally agree on the total payment after tuff negotiations, according to evertiq's sources.
