Sims expand`s plant in Manchester
Recycling company Sims Group is expanding the capacity of its Manchester plant.
The expansion is most for the introduction of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) in July. Sims will increase the amount of WEEE handled over 50%. This will give the company large-scale recycling capabilities in both the north and the south of the UK, reducing logistics costs and impact on the environment.
