Epcos relocates production to Hungary
German based Passive Components Maker Epcos AG plans to relocate more production to its Hungarian subsidiary.
The production of aluminum-electrolyte capacitors will be moved from its Brazilian plant to Szombathely in Hungary, local media reported. Epcos has been permitted by the local council in Szombathely to invest $2.85 million in a 2000 square meter plant for the production.
