Massive transfer of<br>production to Eastern Europe

When looking at the situation at it was in 2000 there is a huge difference compared to what MHM predicts about the European EMS industry by 2009. MHM predicts that the EMS industry in Europe by 2009 mostly will be focussed on Central- and Eastern Europe as more and more OEM companies are looking at that region for establishment of design and manufacturing. More and more OEM companies have discovered cost reducing opportunities by moving to East. Below we can see MHM's predicted situation change from 2000 to 2009.
