Nokia Siemens opens Portuguese R&D Center

Nokia Siemens Networks has invested 45 million Euros over three years time in a Research and Development Center in Aveiro, Portugal. The new center will focus on network management and technical communications, EETimes reports. Nokia Siemens Networks now has five R&D centers in Portugal.
