ELFA acquires Estonian distributor
Sweden based component distributor ELFA has today acquired Estonia based Tevalo-group.
Tevalo has been an ELFA-reseller since 1998 and Tevalo has subsidiaries in Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. This acquisition is an important step in the ELFA growth process in Eastern Europe. ELFA expects to achieve synergism effects, above all in purchasing.
Tevalo is recognized as one of the leading distributors of electronics products, both through shop sales and mail order.
Tevalo will be integrated into ELFA during the autumn. No details of the business transaction have been disclosed.
