Management buyout at British distributor
Amplicon Liveline, based in Brighton, UK, has changed ownership in a management buyout led by three senior managers, ElectronicsWeekly reports.
The company founder Jim Hicks and his wife Heather have sold their majority holding to the management buyout team lead by Tony Gorbold, Mark Bushby and Gina Citroni, according to ElectronicsWeekly. The new manager said it will not be any immediate changes of the business.
