Continental expands Automotive Electronics Unit in Hungary

Continental will invest an undisclosed amount into its Veszprém plant to boost output of Electronic Stability Control (ESC) sensor clusters and wheel speed sensors. Low labour costs and Research and Development close to European customers were the key reasons to make this decision to enhance capacities and bring new production to Hungary, local media portfolio reports.
