Flextronics CFO sells shares
Flextronics Chief Financial Officer Thomas J. Smach has sold 43,334 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Thursday, Thomas J. Smach reported he sold the shares Wednesday for $11.35 apiece. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction.
