Zestron decides not to acquire Kyzen
US based Zestron Corporation has decided to discontinue its efforts to acquire the Kyzen Corporation.
Zestron will now commit the resources earmarked for the acquisition to the increase its research and development, engineering, production and sale of its new and improved precision cleaning products for existing and new markets.
