Alcatel to sell cable division
Alcatel has initiated the disposal of its participation in its cable division Nexans.
Alcatel has initiated the disposal of 15 % of the share capital, corresponding to its entire shareholding, currently accounted for as marketable securities. The transaction takes the form of a private placement executed via an accelerated bookbuilding process.
