BenQ Mobile bankruptcy official
It is now official that BenQ will liquidate its mobile phone division “BenQ Mobile" that it took over from Siemens AG in 2005.
The insolvency proceedings will commence at the unprofitable unit three months after the BenQ Mobile filed for bankruptcy protection. Up to 3000 workers could lose their jobs as a result of this, according to SiliconRepublic.
