Nordson paid £117M for Dage
According to Circuits Assembly, Nordson Corporation paid over 117 million British Pounds for Dage Holdings Ltd.
Circuits Assembly said that Nordson paid £117,005,613 for the UK-based testing and inspection equipment manufacturer. The deal was closed late last week.
