More proposed RoHS exemptions up for discussion

The new list of RoHS exemption proposals contains the request for an exemption to the RoHS directive that would allow all usage of lead in the soldering processes. The request comes from RoHSUSA. RoHSUSA claims that the ban of lead in soldering processes would have more negative effect on the environment than the use of lead.
