Problem solving in mobile handset chips

Start-up firm Air Semiconductor is developing a chip for use in mobile phones.
Two entrepreneurs at the University of Bath in Swindon, David Tester, an engineer from Swindon, and Stephen Graham, formerly with Renesas Technology Europe, have formed a fabless semiconductor company called Air Semiconductor Inc. to develop a chip for use in mobile phones. Pond Ventures recently invested an undisclosed amount of money in the new chip firm and Air Semiconductor is now likely to seek further fundings.
