Assembleon receives Chinese contract
Assembleon has won a 20 million euro contract from a Chinese manufacturer.
The Chinese contract manufacturer Zhengjiang Pound Precision Electronics Manufacturing Co. Ltd (PPEM) has placed a 20 million euro order at Assembleon for the most advanced integrated SMT production lines at the Chinese group's Jurong factory, and the companies say the deal includes Assembelon becoming a long term technology partner for the new operation.
