GE Fanuc likely to take over Radstone
Radstone has received a take over bid of 130 million GBP from GE Fanuc.
The Radstone board has recommended the American embedded technology company GE Fanuc's offer to the company's share holders.
“GE Fanuc's global reach should increase the opportunities for Radstone within military embedded computing, and in addition the combination of the businesses will extend the joint product offering to the benefit of customers," said Radstone chairman, Rhys Williams.
