BASF opens new unit in Germany

BASF September 29 opened a new clean room laboratory in Ludwigshafen for the development of new process chemicals for the semiconductor industry and customer support in application technology in this market. BASF invested about €5 million in the new Clean Room Lab and created 14 modern workplaces.
