Entegris opens European HQ in Dresden
American semiconductor chemical supplier Entegris is establishing its new European head quarter in Dresden, Germany.
October 1 Entegris will open its new European head quarter with 40 new jobs created in the German city of Dresden where two of the company's customers, AMD and Qimonda, are located.
"As a global player, we see the necessity to have a presence in the 'Silicon Saxony' where many of our customers are based", said Marion Böhler, Entegris Director Finance and Administration Europe. Among the company's customers in the Dresden area are the chip manufacturers AMD and Qimonda.
