Tessera in license deal with Flextronics
San Jose based company Tessera has signed a license deal with EMS provider Flextronics.
Tessera Technologies has signed a wafer-level assembly technology licensing agreement with Flextronics International Ltd. Tessera did not disclose financial terms of the deal.
