Asustek to spinn of Asus
Asustek is planning to spinn off its brand name division into a separate company.
The new company, named Asus, will take over the marketing, development and sales of Asustek's now exixting 16 product lines in the brand name division including laptop computers, mobile phones and LCD TVs.
