Sanmina-SCI 's late filing triggers default
Sanmina-SCI said Monday that a trustee for noteholders has notified the company it has violated some of the notes provisions because it hasn't filed its quarterly report on time.
The San Jose contract manufacturer said it can correct the default by filing its report by Sept. 14.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Sanmina said some noteholders and the trustee have the right to accelerate the maturity of the notes if it doesn't file by that date.
