Ouman Estonia starts an expansion project
Despite the current uncertain economical environment, Ouman says it believes in a brighter future and that the company is proud of the performance in its factories.
In May, the building automation specialist started an expansion project of a production factory in Kuressaare, Estonia. The additional 600 square metre of production space that this expansion will bring will enable the company to grow in the coming years. It will also provide an opportunity to invest in more environmentally friendly technologies and thus reducing the ecological footprint and significantly improve the working environment.
The expansion of the production plant also provides an opportunity to invest in new production equipment. The company plains to add an additional SMD line, an inline tester, an automatic component warehouse, and so on.
Production will begin in the expanded building in October 2020.
