Enics plans a reshuffle - moves production from Raahe

Until now, Enics Raahe unit has both Engineering Services as well as small-scale Electronics Manufacturing and Assembly services. However, moving forwardEnics ams to strengthen the focus on services business and starts actions to transform Enics Raahe to full-focus engineering unit. The company says in an update that the these changes are aimed at ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of the unit. Enics Raahe will in the future have full focus on Engineering Services, while its manufacturing and assembly activities are planned to be transferred to other Enics’ manufacturing sites. To enable focusing on Engineering services and improvement of profitability, Enics Raahe invites representatives of its employees to co-operation negotiations. The planned changes concern up to 24 Enics Raahe employees.
