EMS Provider Schlafhorst Electronics<br>expands SMT manufacturing
Schlafhorst Electronics with manufacturing plants in Moenchengladbach (Germany) und Lubsko (Poland) invested in an additional SMT assembly line.
The new SMT line includes an EKRA X5 screen printer, three Juki assembly systems, one Rehm V8 reflow oven and multiple Asys handling systems. The SMT line provides a throughput of 24,000 components per hour and covers smallest components down to 0201. Due to a high temperature system the reflow oven is ready for lead-free technology.
