Intel, Micron shows nand-Flash in 50 nm
Intel and Micron announced that they have manufactured the first series of nand-Flash in 50 nm technology.
Intel and Micron earlier this year announced that they will invest some $3.8 billion in their joint venture for Flash memory maufacturing, IM Flash Technologies.
During next year the mass production of the new 50 nm technology will start.
