YXLON teams up with Japanese Nagoya Electric Works
YXLON International, a division of the Swiss Comet Group, have announced a collaboration with the Japanese company Nagoya Electric Works (NEW). The collaboration includes the development and distribution of specialized X-ray systems for the semiconductor industry.
Both companies, YXLON and NEW, are heavily invested in advanced Electronics X-ray technology. YXLON bring their expertise in high-resolution X-ray tubes, image analysis, plus its sales and support network into the partnership. NEW are experts in automated X-ray inspection systems, offering accurate manipulation, extremely precise measurements and advanced software. The first products coming out of this collaboration are YXLON FF70 CL, FF65 CL and FF65 IL.
“This collaboration will help us to fulfill the growing demand of our customers from the semiconductor and also SMT industry, especially when it comes to analyzing continuously smaller features with high speed.
