Argus expands with manufacturing centre in Finland
Russian Argus Spectrum International announces that the company will produce wireless fire detection notification and localisation systems for the international market in Finland.
The company and the Finnish Town of Savonlinna have signed a Treaty of Cooperation for the organisation and development of production in Savonlinna. Argus will begin production and undertake European certification in 2019, a press release from the company reads. Argus Spectrum International is, according to a press release from the Town of Savonlinna, investing EUR 2-3 million in setting up the production facilities. The company's goal is to expand production so that about 100 new employees are needed in Savonlinna.
