Kyocera Kinseki acquires Hertz Technology
Kyocera Kinseki, a subsidiary of Kycera Corp. has decided to acquire Hertz Technology.
After the transfer Hertz is scheduled to change its name to Kyocera Kinseki Hertz Corporation as from October 1, 2006. Hertz is a manufacturer of crystal devices including crystal units for ham radios and crystal filters as well as surface mount type tuning-fork crystal unit.
