Philips acquires business from Fiskars
Finnish Fiskars is selling its consumer electronics business in North America to the consumer electronics giant Philips.
How much Philips is paying for the Power Sentry business in Minnesota is not yet announced but the Fiskars management said in a statement that this deal would boost Fiskars result this year by 12 million euros.
Power Sentry has 40 employees and has an annual turnover of 39 million euros.
