Nu Horizons acquires DT Electronics
Nu Horizons has signed a letter of intent to acquire the UK based components distributor DT Electronics.
DT Electronics, based in Coventry, UK, had for fiscal 2006 approximately $25 million in revenues.
The transaction is now subjected to a due dilligence process.
DT Electronics will be fully integrated in Nu Horizons.
“We intend to operate with one seamless global infrastructure and operating system", Arthur Nadata, chairman and CEO for Nu Horizons told CircuitsAssembly.
