Viking delivers to Eurotech Group
Eurotech Group has ordered two MicroCraft Emma test systems from Viking Test Services in the UK.
Eurotech choosed the MicroCraft Emmas ELX6146 test systems after a time of evaluating the various flying probe tests available on the market.
The Emmas will be delivered in February this year.
