Siemens acquires Slovakian IT firm
Siemens has acquired Slovakia based IT firm BGS (Business Global Systems).
"Through this acquisition, Siemens wants to incorporate BGS into its Siemens Communications structure at the beginning of July in order to acquire a leading position on the info-communications solutions and services market," Siemens spokesman Tomas Kral said in a statement.
