Integrated Micro-Electronics CZ keeps on investing
Integrated Micro-Electronics CZ – a subsidiary of Philippine-based Integrated Micro-Electronics – has invested in a new DEK Horizon 03iX printer to strengthen its market position.
DEK’s Horizon03iX printing system is fitted with and capable of:
- Process alignment capability 2 Cpk @ ± 20µm 6-Sigma
- Machine alignment capability 2 Cpk @ ± 12.5µm 6-Sigma
- 8 second cycle time (7 seconds with High Throughput Conveyor option )
- HawkEye 1700 post-print verification
- DEK Instinctiv V9-equipped: TTG, on-board help and error recovery
- ISCAN Intelligent Scalable Control Area Network
- Semi Auto Stencil Load
- Standard board size capability; up to 508mm by 508mm
- Colour TFT touch screen, keyboard and trackball
