TT IMS receives Nadcap accreditation for cable harness

TT Electronics IMS' Fairford facility has received Nadcap accreditation for Electronics Cable and Harness Assemblies (AC7121).

Following the auditing procedure, the Nadcap process and product certification is awarded by the Performance Review Institute (PRI). “We are proud to announce that IMS Fairford has received the company’s fourth prestigious Nadcap accreditation. In addition to exemplifying the industry’s best cable harness manufacturing expertise, our team is incredibly passionate and dedicated to responding to the current and future needs of our aerospace customers,” said Mark Cook, TT Electronics-IMS Site Director. “Our recent accreditation of the Fairford, UK facility strengthens our aerospace strategy by increasing our value offering to customers seeking enhanced global support and Nadcap accredited manufacturing processes. TT Electronics-IMS provides our customers with the assurance that their products are built with strict adherence to quality, reliability and high performance safety critical standards.” TT Electronics-IMS has focused heavily on integrating specialised capabilities and quality standards across its global facilities. In an effort to globalise the company’s cable harness offerings, the ABI (Smithfield, NC) and New Chapel Electronics (Fairford, UK) businesses have been integrated into IMS.
