Komax complete takeover of SLE quality engineering

SLE quality engineering has continued strong development since Komax took its first stake of 30% in March 2011 and a further 30% as of 1 January 2014. As part of a staggered succession plan, Komax is now acquiring the remaining 40% holding in the company with effect from 1 January 2015. SLE has around 70 employees, and develops and produces semi-automatic equipment for processing coaxial cables and four-wire lines for high-frequency data transfer, micrograph laboratories and crimp force monitoring systems. Komax and SLE will be intensifying their collaboration and further expanding their joint activities.
