Nopro expands the reach
Norwegian ems-manufacturer Nopro acquired Bø og Sauherad Produkter during the summer of 2014.
When the acquisition was made, Bø og Sauherad changed name to Nopro Bø og Sauherad - and thus became a subsidiary of Nopro. Now, some 6 months later, the company will instead be merged into Nopro. This will be completed by january.
What this means for Nopro is that they gain a foothold in Gvarv and Bo, alongside current operations in norwegian Notodden and Kongsberg.
