Efore CEO to leave

Efore Plc's Board of Directors and CEO Vesa Vähämöttönen have together agreed to terminate the CEO agreement, the company announced in a statement. Vesa Vähämöttönen will continue as the CEO of the company until the end of February 2015. Mrs. Päivi Marttila, Chairman of the Board of Directors: "We would like to thank Vesa for developing the company for several years. The strategic change has been significant as well as the turnaround in profitability during this year."
