Royal Circuits installs NTO HASL Machine
California based circuit board manufacturer, Royal Circuits have purchased and successfully installed a new hot air solder leveling machine from New Technology Overman (NTO).
Royal Circuits CEO, Milan Shah explains: “The quality and efficiency of the NTO machine is well above our expectations. The quality and flatness we are achieving in the HASL finish is excellent and has been extremely well received by our customers. We were also impressed that cleaning the equipment, including the air knives, is remarkably easy and hassle free.”
David Dye of Quick Turn, Inc., New Technology Overman’s North American distributor, states “This machine is a great fit for them and it will really boost the efficiency of the solder leveling process.”
The Royal Circuits production team looks to invest in a second NTO machine for LEAD FREE process in the near future.
