Lab Circuits adds new ATG test system

The new ATG A7 Test System offers test capacity for very high density PCBs, thanks to the incorporation of its 8 probes equipped with a positioning repeatability of ± 4 microns. This allows for the testing of pads with a size up to 50 microns. It also incorporates programmable pressure technology in 5 to 15 grammes contacts, thus avoiding any marks on tested pads, a short press release states.
