Danfoss to move 50 jobs from Denmark to Poland

Industrial company Danfoss is laying off 50 Danish employees and instead hiring 40 in Poland.
The headcount reduction at the company's Danfoss Power Solutions ApS division in Nordborg, is the company's latest strategy to adapt to the international market, according to Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet.

According to documents – which the newspaper is said to have access to – production will be moved to the company's Polish factory in Wroclaw. However, the company will only hire 40 new employees to cover the production in Poland.
