BASF and Tekion team up on fuel cells

BASF, who is the largest producer of formic acid, will support Canada based Tekion with its expertise on formic acid formulations for Tekion's fuel cells designed for portable electronics. Tekion is developing a miniature "power pack" capable of fitting inside or attaching to mobile electronics devices in the power range up to 50 watts and energt range up to 100 watt-hours.
