Top 10 European EMS Providers 2012

In 2012, revenues for the Top 10 EMS providers in Europe amounted to Euro 14.7 billion and accounted for 57% of the market, with the Top three accounting for 46%.

Apart from Zollner, the major Group 1 Global EMS companies have the vast majority of their manufacturing in large high volume plants in CEE and are focused primarily on the 3C markets of computing, communications and consumer. However, only Foxconnn has all of its manufacturing in CEE, with the other Group 1 companies having a network of manufacturing plants across Western Europe. Through these sites the companies are competing with the leading indigenous European EMS providers in the key growth markets of Automotive, Medical, Control & Instrumentation, Industrial, Energy and high-end computing and communications.
